Independent basketball product

HOOPS.ONLINE is an independent text- and statistics-based basketball simulation. Player names, team locations, game results, box-score statistics and historical basketball events are factual information. The service uses those facts in an independently created product with its own code, systems, rankings, interface, graphics, animation, music and data structure. Under this defined factual and textual product scope, HOOPS.ONLINE does not require an NBA or NBPA content license.

HOOPS.ONLINE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by or licensed by the NBA, NBPA, FIBA, EuroLeague, their teams or their players. The service does not use official league or team logos, player photographs, recognizable face scans, broadcast footage or protected jersey graphics.

We may request additional information needed to assess a notice. Knowingly false or misleading notices may cause harm and may carry legal consequences. Affected users will receive an opportunity to respond where appropriate and lawful.

How to submit
