Account Export & Deletion

Download account data

An authenticated user can request a portable JSON export from the Account privacy area. The export includes the account, profile, recorded legal choices, game history and social information associated with that account, subject to the rights and privacy of other people.

Delete an account

• Open Account, choose Privacy & Data, then choose Delete Account.
• Confirm the request using the active authenticated session or the available recovery method.
• The account enters a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion. The request can be cancelled from the same Account privacy area before the displayed deadline.
• At the end of that period, personal account data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized unless a specific legal obligation requires limited retention.

What deletion affects

Deletion removes access to the account, social relationships, recoverable profile, personal game history and active sessions. Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer identify the user may remain. Information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained only for the applicable period.

A user who cannot access the account may contact privacy@hoops.online. The operator will verify identity without requesting unnecessary information.
